In this episode, I continue my series where I am sharing a deeper look at the 5 Practices of Freedom. Today’s episode focuses on practice three: Self Trust. I speak to why you may have learned to be in a disembodied state, resulting in the separation of your mind & body in a way that creates inner distrust. I’ll share with you my explanation of the Ego and Shadow Self, and how opening up a line of communication with your Ego and integrating the parts of your Shadow Self can aid in liberating a more grounded, whole sense of self trust. I also leave you with a few journal prompts to ground this practice and empower you to integrate the learning.
