In this guided daily meditation practice we are releasing the energy of fear through breathwork and positive affirmations. Through this meditation practice we are letting go of fear to create space for fearlessness. We are exploring what would be possible without fear influencing our decision and lives. We are using the mantra, "I lovingly release fear in this moment" to open ourselves up to new potential. As we shift from this fight or flight state to peace we are inviting in a new way of living without fear.
