Ann De Villiers is an experienced human resource leader with a successful track record of over 20 years in the HR business particularly with KEO International Consultants.  Ann currently leads KEO’s global human resource enterprise and is responsible for driving workforce strategy across KEO’s diverse human capital including talent acquisition, development, rewards, and HR governance for over 2,500 employees.  Ann is a passionate, inspirational leader having years of experience successfully implementing centers of excellence within KEO.
