EO Tulsa | The Grind, Trepidation, and Risk of Being a New Entrepreneur With Lisa Riley
Lisa Riley is a Pinot's Palette Franchise Owner in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pinot's Palette is a painting studio and wine bar where they walk people step-by-step through a complete canvas painting for two hours while they listen to rock and pop music and drink libations.
Lisa owns all three Tulsa area Pinot's Palette franchises. The Oklahoma Small Business Association named her 2020's Small Business Person of the Year.
In this episode…Imagine quitting your corporate-America job, never being an entrepreneur, and spending your life savings to buy a franchise. Then months later, someone else is about to buy the same franchise at a location 12 minutes from yours. If you let that happen, anything they do wrong will affect your business and erode your life savings.
You can't let your life savings be at the mercy of someone else's actions. And you don't have the money to afford a new location. While trying to figure a way out, you're diagnosed with cancer. How do you handle it all? Lisa Riley conquered cancer and went on to open a third location. Want to find out more about Lisa's story?
