Jason Phelps is the founder of Phelps Game Calls and an engineer. He grew up in rural Washington spending a great deal of time in the outdoors, mostly chasing elk and learning their language. After graduating college with a Civil Engineering Degree, he began working full-time in the field while building his call company as a side hustle.
