This is episode 3 in the “All Psyched Up About” series dedicated to the work of clinical psychologist, Dan McMillan, whereby he will seek to highlight a variety of issues and topics around mental health.

In this episode, Daniel focuses on “Relationships” and why they are so important to everyone. During our discussions, references were made to two key individuals that have influenced (and continue to influence) Daniel’s work around relationships:
1) John Bowlby (1907-1990); British psychologist most notable for his interest in child development and for his work in “The Attachment Theory”
