Consistency can be good and bad. Thats right, you could have consistent patterns or habits that are destructive. Or conversely, you can have consistent effort towards bettering yourself and conquer goal after goal!
Tony Robbins said, " It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do consistently."
There are many contributing factors to being consistent. So to help you and me, I researched and dug up all the pointers. I believe this is one of the most important attributes of a successful life. You must get this down to grow as a person.
