Friends & Kin, Summertime is coming to an end. Taking a much needed break this summer has been exactly what my spirit needed.  On September 15th, I will be back with a brand new episode.  School has started and I am still trying to nestle back into my work/life balance routine. Taking good care of myself is a priority - gotta "walk it like i talk it"!
