For when you're lost, literally & figuratively
This episode was intended to be a short, motivational episode, but it turned into a not-so-short, motivational episode. I jammed on moving through symptoms of anxiety and panic and processing emotions. Take care of yourself, stay conscious, present, awake, and aware so that when you find what you're looking for - you don't miss it!! When you're already exhausted and tired from the journey and it feels like panic, frustration, and confusion are your only options - turn to your skills, your knowing, your abilities, your faith. Get grounded and know that you're on the right path and though your desires may seem far off, what you really want and need could be right around the corner.
