Aren Bahia is a Canadian entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and philanthropist who's lived a "full spectrum life".  From growing up in a rough area in Vancouver to spiritual development in Asia, Aren's seen his world shift from the life on the edge in organised crime to meditation and Yoga in the Himalayas where he learned to live a life of generosity, connection, and compassion.  Since starting his life over in Bali in 2016, he's launched 6 businesses in 6 years and raised tens of thousands of dollars every year for underprivileged and mentally disabled Balinese children. He's the founder of Karma House Bali, Conscious Arts Tattoos, Full Reset Coaching and a founding partner in YogiLab and Lighthouse Bali.

Prior to his life threatening accident Aren shares how he was addicted to being busy to feel important. The accident stopped him in his tracks and showed him how he needed to be way more intentional with his actions. Running around less and doing more. His mindset totally shifted, the old problems no longer had the same weight as before. 

He had a choice and asked himself, ‘how can I transmute the pain?’.  Being in a wheelchair was challenging, and yet he knew how he handled it mattered. 

Aren talks about the power of choice which we all have, and shares how fiercely committed he has been, and continues to be, to breaking old patterns and doing something new and different. 

It’s all about choosing the path of love, authenticity and overcoming adversity and giving back to others.
