In Tantra, we honor the divine feminine in many of her forms. Each form represents a part of us that we need to heal, expand, and evolve. In this meditation, Chandresh guides the students to tap into the rooted feminine that lives within all of us. The rooted feminine represents the one who is willing to understand the roots, heal the roots, and go beyond the trauma, anger, and resentments that are all holding back the nurturing of the roots. We invite the students to do this meditation during the upcoming Navratri time, as it will be a powerful meditation to invoke the rooted feminine energy. If doing this meditation in nature, simply be connected to nature as you do this practice. If doing this meditation inside, we recommend also lighting a candle and keeping roses at the meditation altar.
