Today we are talking about that feeling of sorrow, of dread of waiting and wanting something more. Sometimes while we are in a season of waiting and wanting a sort of pessimism grows and in that space sadness turns to anxiousness then to resentment into anger and that anger turns to us stepping out of alignment. Today we are talking about how to hit that pause button before deciding we’re tired of waiting and we going back to our worst behavior.
Liminal space- Its that holding area. Its that space between what was and what will be. It’s a transitional spot of not knowing. Feeling like In know there's something coming but maybe not knowing when , where or how. We explore what makes limbo so hard and how can we best use this time?
