The outlook for the Washington Capitals this coming season. Capitals players are starting to show up in DC
In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the outlook for the Washington Capitals according to NHL.com
"We know it, our fan base knows it and the management knows it that from inside the locker room last year we didn't get it done, and we have to," Capitals coach Peter Laviolette said. "I think the most important thing is that we're ready to win game one. I like to keep things in perspective and on point with where you are currently and I think when you get to that point at the end of the year, you can change your tune and change your focus."
Those were the thought of coach Laviolette about the Capitals being eliminated in the first-round last season. GM Brian Maclellan went out and solidified this lineup by signing Darcy Kuemper, Charlie Lindgren, Dylan Strome and Connor brown. Failure isn't an option for the aging "Rock the Red" era Caps
Dylan Strome and Connor brown were among the many Caps players already showing up in DC at informal skates. This among the other Caps players are: Carlson, Kuznetsov, Orlov, Oshie, Mantha, Brown, Strome, Hagelin, Jensen, Dowd, Hathaway, Johansson, Lindgren, Snively, AJF and Protas.
