In terms of fitness, eventually, we need to decide if we are completely dedicated or merely interested.
At the same time, the knowledge to achieve fitness goals is also required. Zach speaks about the importance of knowing some things about calories, protein intake, macronutrients, and how to optimize diets. Everything we put inside our bodies has a level of energy associated with it and will impact our performance in some capacity. Changing our bodies for good, like it or not, requires some sacrifice.
