In this episode I go over the details of my most recent trip back to Begin Again Institute in Boulder, Colorado where I attended a 5 day trauma intensive, that built on what I had learned when I was there a year and a half ago. I was really excited to be going back and I'm really happy that I did. In order for me to progress in my recovery and heal I must commit to the process even through all of the anxiety and fears because on the other side of fear is great reward I just have to take those leaps. While I was there I learned that I've been carrying a lot of guilt and guilt is what keeps me in my addictive cycle. I've learned to really slow things down, and that being mindful of what's going on in my body, where In my body am I feeling these things, and how do those feel physically to me. On top of learning more about myself and how I work I got to meet and spend time with and connect with some amazing guys, and connection is a top value for me. Thanks so much for listening and joining me on my journey!
