Relieving constipation can be as easy as drinking more water. You can also drink more coffee, and exercise. These are small things that won’t change your daily routine dramatically, and will lead to a healthier life.
Your constipation could be due to problems such as lactose intolerance or magnesium deficiency. We get too much dairy in our diets, and not enough magnesium, so it doesn’t hurt to remove dairy and take more magnesium.
