This week we're joined by BSPL Director, and co owner of Sheffield Tigers & Leicester Lions speedway teams Damien Bates, as we look ahead to a big week in British Speedway.

The Sports Insure British Final takes place on Sunday at the National Speedway Stadium in Manchester, as the best of British battle it out for the national title.

We take a look ahead to the playoffs in both the Premiership and Championship, with Damien having a firm interest and both Sheffield and Leicester are involved in the business end of the season.
