Ep. 74 • I Had To Kick On The Mic • 9/13/22 • The Why Run?! Podcast LIVE

Hey everyone!! So, this episode could not wait until Friday. I received some news as I was running my miles. I was about a mile and a half in, and all of a sudden, I broke down crying in the middle of the desert. A lot of things were going through my mind about the news. I began to look at my own life and think, what has kicked on inside me to make these positive changes all of a sudden?! What if I had waited before it was too late?! What would have been next for me?!

I know in some cases, we shouldn't ask these types of questions, because then we begin to believe and think that all the positive changes we are FINALLY making within our lives; may really not be that good. And then, I began to project those attitudes of others onto my own brother. It really don't matter who it is in your lives; that when changes actually CAN happen, we worry about those we love not wanting what you want for them. It's a battle that I feel I can and might not ever get across to him. Or, to anybody else that I love and care for in my life.

I also share my favorite Youtube reaction channels that cover the "Fatty Community" of Youtube. And believe me, those are THEIR words, not mine.
