Ted shares his awareness of how we have been conditioned to think, communicate and act in ways that disempower us as individuals and community elders from choosing to support one another at core levels. We explore what it means to establish community elderhood, why it matters, and what gets in the way of living these values. Ted Marsh is a community elder for Alameda County.
