#63 - How To Start Afresh After A Divorce or Break Up
No one enters into a relationship expecting it to fail, but unfortunately, many relationships do. If you find yourself in the midst of a divorce or break-up, it can be a difficult and emotional time.
It can be a tough process to go through, and it’s not made any easier by the fact that society doesn’t always make it easy for single women. In fact, it can often feel like the whole world is against you.
However, it is important to remember that just because a relationship didn't work out, it doesn't mean that you nor the relationship are a failure.
There is a lot to be learned from the experience, and it can be used as an opportunity to grow and become a better person. And there is no one right or wrong way to start afresh after a divorce or break up. It's a process that can take time, but there is a life after divorce, and you will eventually get to a point of being ready to celebrate your single life again.
This week, Chantelle shares her ideas on how to get through the first stages of a break up and the reality of being single again, recalling elements of her own divorce three years ago, that prompted the start of The Single Girl's Guide to Life podcast.
