S1 E22 - Procrasti-Learning: Six Ways to Interrupt this Habit
Do you engage in procrasti-learning?
I define this as inputting new knowledge to delay taking action or practicing a new skill.
It can feel vulnerable to do the hard things, so it is natural for us to consume rather than to create.
But this won't help us reach our goal. So I offer six strategies to interrupt this habit if it's one you share with me:
