The Watcher on Boulevard Street: A Horrifying True Crime Story

Maria and Derek Broaddus, along with their three kids, were preparing to move into 657 Boulevard, Westfield, New Jersey in June of 2014. The Broadduses' ideal home was located at 657 Boulevard. The nightmare began even before they moved in, though. They started getting letters from an unknown sender signed "The Watcher." The nightmare did not end until they sold the house and relocated far away from 657 Boulevard.
