David McGurk has always had a creative appetite for making things and managed to combine that with a passion from his childhood to establishing himself in a market that is huge for collectors worldwide, was great to sit down with David and hear how this idea initially came about, to turning it into a reality and managing to combine it with work and a family. From the nerves of making his first figure to being asked to provide the backdrop to an advert in the Super Bowl this is a brilliant example of where an idea can take you if you believe in it.
