To discuss Los Angeles, Joel talks with Sarah Flora (Youtube Homebrewing Instructor and owner of Flora Brewing), and Tomm Carroll (Los Angeles-based Beer writer for Beer Paper LA, editor, judge, and craft beer teacher at UCLA Extension who helped organize LA Beer Week). They touch on many topics, from how to handle the expansive LA area, to the evolution of homebrewing, and they each create a flight of beers to represent LA as well!
