In the early 20th century, Dusseldorf, Germany and the surrounding areas were under attack by a sadistic killer. From murdering children to drinking blood, this man was a sexual pervert and serial killer whose victim list was at least twenty-four deep. Sadistic and cruel, he strangled, beat and stabbed men, women and children—not for the thrill of the murder, but for the sexual thrill of seeing their blood flow.
