• “Turn your car to a classroom.”
• “How can you be a leader who doesn’t move?”
• “I had to be the person I wanted. I set the bar.”

• “Everyone is doing less than they are capable of.”.
• “No one is special unless we are all special.”

• “Body, mind, and soul all need to be fed right.”
• “Mirror work helps with self love.”
• “If you can’t do it for yourself you can’t do it for others.”

• “When your vision is shaky your commitment keeps you clear until the vision comes back.”

• “If you don’t set a plan you will fall into someone else's plan.”

• “Be so connected to the destination of where you are heading that you are moving every day. “
• “People who make excuses have gotten disconnected from their destination.”
