Episode 36 - The Healing Power Of Forgiveness
Stress is THE cause of most chronic illness and disease and in last week’s episode we explained how “The Stress Response” impacted your Brain, Muscles, Heart, Digestive System, and Reproductive Hormones.
Specifically, we shared how CHRONIC stress can lead to neck pain, back pain, headaches, high blood pressure, heart arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, digestive disturbances, infertility, hot flashes, PMS and PCOS.
Stress is also strongly linked to cancer, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes… not to mention obesity.
In other words, stress can kill you!
In this week’s episode we talk about a wonderful way to reduce the amount of stress in your life.
A practice that, once implemented will have a significant, and positive, impact on you… and others.
It’s called Forgiveness.
Forgiveness is powerful... yet so underappreciated.
In fact, there are many medical studies that have proven how healthy Forgiveness is.
Yet for some reason it is seldom, if ever, talked about by doctors.
(I wonder why?)
Regardless… the Power of Forgiveness is something YOU should be aware of and practicing.
