Lately, I have been reflecting on my life, career, business, and level of success. Being in sales for 40 years I have the expertise to teach others the art and skill of having dynamic and effective sales conversations that convert to business.

How did I get to this level of skill? Great question!

In the past decade, I have realized that hard work is a piece of the puzzle. Hard work alone doesn’t guarantee a positive outcome. In fact, I feel like the more I pushed forward with determination and effort, when things weren’t going as planned it sometimes made the bad situation even worse.
