In this meditation practice we are focusing on slowing down, and realigning to a place of peace. We are taking this time to check in with ourselves, and honor how we are doing. We are exploring the deeper feelings within the body and mind. As we focus our awareness inward we are taking a pause and slowing down. As we slow down we are resetting the body to a place of comfort and ease. We are also realigning within the mind and letting go of any fears or worries. This is a relaxation meditation created to reset the body and mind.
