Welcome to another episode of the Conscious Design Podcast and today’s guest is Laura Baum. Laura starts off by a little introduction of what she does. She continues about what her main mission is and how that inspired her to start her business. Laura then expands more on the idea that providing an experience with your product is very valuable for many customers. Laura then explains what part of her business model supports sustainable behavior, mainly in the consumer. Laura also talks more about the role of the customer in her sustainable model and how it elevates people and changes their entire perspective on the world and what they can do to help out a little. Ian asks Laura about how she researched all her current knowledge to which Laura shares some tips. Laura then explains a bit how the business and consumer perspective is changing also.
