Jon Kidwell is a leadership consultant and coach who helps mission-driven leaders become more effective in their work. He has a passion for helping people discover their gifts, develop their talents, and reach their potential. Jon has worked with leaders in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors for over 15 years. He is the author of Three Powerful Coaching Questions for Purpose-Driven Leaders. Jon is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, and he is also an adjunct professor in the Organizational Leadership program for the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. Jon lives with his wife, Meghan, and two children in Houston, TX. He enjoys crazy socks, running first thing in the morning, and eating ice cream or Tex-Mex every chance he gets.
