Upholding Pro-Life Laws in Minnesota (with Teresa Collett)

With the fight for life so prevalent in our society today, the support of moms from moms is of the utmost importance. In our home state of Minnesota, abortion is still protected at a federal level with regulation laws including a 24-hour waiting period for minors being struck down earlier this summer.

Teresa Collett, a professor of law at UST, lends counsel to “Mothers Offering Maternal Support”, or MOMS: a group of about 50 mothers and one minor fighting to protect life at the state level. Professor Collett is joining us to explain more about the situation, and how you can get involved.
