Ruminating thoughts? Negative self talk? Expectations? It's okay to let go. This does not necessarily mean that these thoughts will go away. However, when we practice yoga nidra we allow ourselves to become an observer of our experience without judgement and these judgements perpetuate the beliefs that are hold us back. Return to the present moment and you will discover your self as a whole and complete being. You are loved just as you are.
