The holiday season can be a tough time for single people. The shorter days and longer nights can make us feel lonely and isolated. And, if we don’t have a partner to share the festive season with, it can be tempting to just stay in bed and hibernate until spring.
There are plenty of things single people can do to survive – and even thrive – during the winter months. From embracing the solo lifestyle to staying active and connected, there are plenty of ways to make the most of the season. Chantelle share her best tips and approaches after doing single life during winter, even during lockdowns, to make the most of being single during the winter time.
