Victor as been a JL since 2017, and moved to cali from Texas 3 years ago. He came up they the outside before taken a Job at the local utility. He has been married for 10 years to his wife Stephanie and together they have 3 kids. Stephanie graduated from South Texas school of Law with her law degree and know is a stay at home mother.
