Well... that was a frustrating afternoon. The sun was shining as The Whites marched on to East London, hoping to put the Newcastle loss behind us. After a superb opening spell Fulham, who were without Mitrovic, found themselves ahead after Andreas Pereira slammed home from the tightest of angles to open his Fulham account. But our hero quickly turned villain as the Brazilian was alleged to have fouled Craig Dawson from a corner, with Jarrod Bowen converting from the spot to equalise. West Ham then took the lead as Scamacca controlled a tidy through ball with his hand before lobbing Bernd Leno. To add insult to injury, in the dying embers, a defensive mix-up presented Michail Antonio (who also controlled the ball with his hand) with a third.
