#21: How To Navigate The Rest Periods Of Life

Welcome to episode 21 where Kat dives into her own journey of shifting perspective on the ebbs + flows in her life and how to navigate them. She talks specifically about the rest periods in between our moments of manifestation and abundance and how they play a very important role in our journey. When this period of rest is ready to come to a close and you’re ready to ramp back up into abundance and manifestation again, and the divine timing is right for you, you’ll legit just wake up and be ready. We discount our bodies being the energetic antennas we need to listen to for our desires and our feelings about things. Especially when it comes to the way we integrate and work with universal energies. Divine inspiration and timing is a REAL thing.

There is a time for streamlined growth and there is a time for rest + integration. And those times of rest and integration hold you in this little recovery cocoon so that when the universe wakes you up in a couple months or weeks from now and says, ‘GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE, TIME TO MAKE THIS SH!T HAPPEN” you wont wake up groggy and exhausted feeling like you need 5 cups of coffee. You’ll be like “damn I've been resting and waiting for this…LFG!!!”
