Did a dealer really have more than 300 carded vintage Star Wars figures for sale at the Cincinnati Toy Show?
What happened after room sales that made the night unforgettable?
The Cincinnati Toy Show weekend is an annual event in October that reunites collectors and sends them on adventures to toy shows, collectors’ homes and room sales, and to events across the former hometown of Kenner Toys.
Join host David Quinn for part two of the Cincinnati series, for a conversation with longtime vintage collector, toy designer and vendor Tony Kramer about the Cincinnati Toy Show, the surprise at setup, what he picked up for his collection, and why he labeled the weekend a “strange” one.
And sit down with local collecting couple Vicki Bitter and Mike Esposito, as they discuss what it was like to host a meetup for attendees, the impromptu trip to a collector’s studio, and all of the memorable moments and purchases from a Cincinnati Toy Show weekend.
