On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Lucas and Taylor from AEIR live at Aftershock, in Sacramento, California.
The guys start by commenting on how this is the first time they’re meeting in real life, as they have done interviews in the past, but they have been phoners. They joke that they know why he has the nickname Pipeman after seeing him in person for the first time.
The guys chat for a while about being in Sacramento and being at Aftershock, touching on their performance and how they can now enjoy the open bar and open coffee after doing the hard work. They even managed to do some promoting
The guys also talk about performing their new song, which Pipeman liked because they did it the old-school way of performing it, rather than telling everyone to go and stream it on Spotify. Pipeman reminisces back to his time on the Sunset strip.
After telling an awesome story about Corey Taylor, Pipeman talks about what it’s like backstage at these festivals, saying it’s a safe zone for the bands, not a meet and greet and people need to respect that.
You can check the guys out on all the major social media platforms @aeir_official, with the exception of Facebook which is AEIR Official. You can check the website out too at www.aeir.band where you can sign up to the mailing list, keeping you right up to date with the band. And of course, check them out on all the streaming platforms to check out their music.
