Tips for a great meditation session:
1. Find a cool, calm space with little to no distractions
2. Get comfortable, use pillows/blankets/yoga props if you have them
3. Dim the lights for grounding, or use natural light for receiving and awakening
4. Don't be hard on yourself. Meditation is a practice, just enjoy what you are able to do and revisit the meditation if you need it again
