Stephen Daley MBE talks openly about his journey, from playing for Glentoran and discovering he has a visual impairment (cone dystrophy), to earning 143 caps for England and becoming The FA’s national para talent manager. Daley, who was awarded an MBE in 2020 for services to para football and futsal, also shares some great coaching advice; talking about creating the right environment, preparing for tournaments and managing difference.
