Buckle up for another brilliant conversation with a good friend of mine, Pharrell Shaymar. Back in episode 5 in 2020 Pharrell bravely shared his truth, his life and his identity to the world in a very vulnerable podcast... This has remained an episode very close to my heart and has touched many listeners along the way. 

Well my friends, it's been two years since having Pharrell on the show, so I thought I'd best drag him (he sure wasn't kicking and screaming though) back behind the mic and see what has unfolded in his world. 

From the boxing ring as a very technical and passionate trainer and coach, now to the stage and to life aspiring to understand and assist in the space in, around and everywhere in-between the LGBTQA+ community and the rest of the world.

We talk about how Pharrell's own understanding and experience has evolved in this ever-evolving space and how perhaps we can all better understand and most importantly support those amongst us who are navigating their own personal journeys along the way.
