Christian McCaffrey traded to San Francisco 49ers, Dak Prescott is back for Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros lead New York Yankees 2-0

The Carolina Panthers have traded Christian McCaffrey to the San Francisco 49ers. After weeks of starting Cooper Rush, the Dallas Cowboys are getting their starting quarterback back in Dak Prescott. The Houston Astros are off to a 2-0 start in the ALCS against the New York Yankees as the series heads back to the Bronx. The Arizona Cardinals beat the New Orleans Saints 42-34 in a game where the Cardinals defense scored back-to-back pick sixes. The Philadelphia 76ers and Milwaukee Bucks went down to the wire on Thursday night. The Bucks walked away with a 90-88 win and in typical Giannis Antetokounmpo fashion, put up a near triple-double with 21 points, 13 rebounds, 8 assists, and 3 blocks. The Cleveland Cavaliers got some good news regarding all-star guard Darius Garland, who left Wednesday’s game vs the Toronto Raptors with a left eye injury. New York Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore has requested a trade from the franchise, unhappy with his playing time and involvement in the offense. New England Patriots QB Mac Jones said on Thursday that he expects to be available for the Patriots game against the Chicago Bears this week on Monday Night Football. Detroit Pistons assistant general manager Rob Murphy has been placed on leave after he was accused of workplace misconduct by a former employee.
