I am so excited to finally have this podcast out to you all. This is something I have wanted for a long time. I can’t wait to share everything that this is podcast is going to be.
What does it mean to “love your body well”? Well, first and foremost I want to help you heal your relationship with food and your body. Secondly, learning to love your body well is going to dive in to how you can create healthy habits and practices in your life in order to heal your body and find optimal wellness.
You will hear from several guest experts who are going to share their perspectives to help you along this journey. You will hear my story with my own wellness journey along with actionable tips that you can do to help you with wellness.
If you have ever felt at war with your body, this podcast is for you. If you have ever felt shamed, disappointed, frustrated, or angry with your body or health journey, I see you. I hope that as you listen to each episode, you will work on healing. Together, we can heal.
