#43 - Why fat loss is so hard + what to do about it
In this episode, I'm sharing some of the main barriers to sustainable fat loss, including biological, emotional, social, and misinformation. The truth is that sustainable fat loss can be a lot harder for some people compared to others based on a variety of factors, and my goal is to make you as informed as possible so that you can make the best decisions for yourself. Some of these factors are not within our control, and many of them are. My recommendation is to focus on what you CAN control and to align you choices with your life values. This may mean that fat loss is NOT right for you, now or ever, and that's ok. You are your own body boss!
