Just over a week ago, I finally got to meet the delightful Emily Herbert. I've long been intrigued by her story. She's a gifted writer, podcaster, and yoga teacher who travelled all the way to India to become a Yogi. Emily now calls Tamworth home, but she's lived all over the world including Botswana.
