Your employment rights are your first line of defence at work. Remember that you have the right to use your rights to defend yourself against unfair treatment at work.

This week, we’re into part two of our miniseries looking at the information your employer collects about you and the rights you have over that information.  In this podcast episode, we’re looking at the top eight rights you have over your employer’s use of your data.  This is important because if you find that your information or data has been misused, you can make a complaint and a claim against your employer - so knowing your rights gives you the opportunity to take action to protect yourself and your data. 

Places for our bullying course have now closed.  Apologies if you didn’t get a place this time.  The doors will open again in a few months’ time and if you are on our waiting list, we’ll be in touch.   If you didn’t make it onto the course but you would still like support, we’ll be holding our second bullying surgery at the end of November 2022, where you can speak about your bullying experiences in a safe space and get the support you need to take next steps. You can bring your bullying and workplace problems into the space where you will be supported by our employment rights expert.
