She has also twice been part of a Pulitzer Prize finalist team: in 2021 for reporting on the Trump administration's response to the coronavirus pandemic and in 2022 for reporting on the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. A former political reporter for Politico, The New York Post, and The New York Daily News, she became a CNN political analyst in 2014.
