268 Lessons on Leadership and Team Building from Ocean Rower Jason Caldwell, Part 3
Jason Caldwell is an American world-class athlete, a leadership and high-performance coach, and keynote speaker. Previously a Div-I baseball player groomed for greatness from an early age, Jason was derailed by injury and unexpectedly recruited to the collegiate rowing team. Most recently, the movie documentary Chasing, has brought to life Jason’s passion for something greater. His crew rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in 35 days, setting a world record for “The World's Toughest Row.” This is the 3rd Part of Jason’s conversation with JP and Nate.
√ Each team member has a different ‘Why’
√ Connecting in challenging times must be organic
