Crowdsourcing typically involves the use of the internet to attract a group of people to divide tasks or to achieve a target.the basic idea is to tap into the collective intelligence of the public at large. to get the discussion started: what tools and practices exist for virtual collaboration, for curating information (historical, scientific, topic-specific virtual libraries) and current news, tools that support organizing people, tracking legislation/projects/issues, communication, mutual aid.
